Culture of Safety: Safety Event incident reporting

Order Description
The intention of this student project is to encourage the synthesis of theoretical and didactic knowledge acquired up to this point in the RN to BSN program. This project is intended to integrate leadership concepts and practice into the work environment of the RN. Please note this is a leadership project, it is not an educational project. The body, this does not include the title page, abstract and reference page, should be a minimum of 10 pages but not to exceed 15 pages in length. The paper must include a minimum of 6 references from professional journals and evidenced-based research/practice.
This is my capstone final paper. I am presenting this through my employer as well, per university requirements as I need to present through a powerpoint submission. If I can have Hughes, R. (2008).
